Kulai Industrial Park is focusing to attract Industry 4.0 players, especially those from high technology and high value-added industries such as Robotics, Electronics & Electrical, Halal Pharmaceutical, Medical Devices, Logistics & Warehousing.
The industrial park is also home to the 745 acres Kulai Iskandar Data Exchange (KIDEX) which is set to be the second new data hub in Malaysia after Cyberjaya in Selangor. KIDEX will house Data Centers, Cloud Computing & Hyperscale companies and serve as a key enabler to attract Industry 4.0 players to the park. KIDEX is expected to generate RM17 billion (USD4 billion) in investment value and 8,750 jobs in the state of Johor.
