King Fahd International Airport (KFIA) is the largest airport in Saudi Arabia and the sixth largest airport in the world. It is located in Dammam, the capital of the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. The airport was named after the former King of Saudi Arabia, Fahd ibn Abdulaziz.<\/p>\n

KFIA was built in the early 1990s to serve as a major hub for air traffic in the Middle East. The airport has two runways, each of which is over 4 kilometers long. It also has a passenger terminal that can accommodate up to 20 million passengers per year.<\/p>\n
