Ngoro Industrial Park (NIP) is strategically located at the base of Mount Penanggungan, Mojokerto Regency, East Java Province, covering an expansive area of 480 hectares. The park’s inception dates back to the first phase development in January 1991, led by PT Dharmala RSEA Industrial Estate\u2014an alliance between PT Intiland Sejahtera (Intiland Group, Indonesia) and RSEA Engineering Corp (Taiwan).
