Kuala Lurah Industrial Park has a total area of 146 hectares and is subdivided into three phases. Phase 1 consists of thirty six hectares, Phase 2 covers forty five hectares and for Phase 3, it consists of sixty five hectares.<\/p>\n

On May 29, 2014, a significant contract signing event took place between the Brunei Industrial Development Authority (BINA) and SQW China Limited<\/a>, marking a pivotal moment for the Kuala Lurah Industrial Park project. This ceremony, held at the Setia Pahlawan Hall within the Ministry of Industry and Primary Resources Building on Jalan Menteri Besar, was attended by distinguished officials and industry leaders, including Yang Berhormat Pehin Orang Kaya Seri Utama Dato Seri Setia Awg Hj Yahya Begawan Mudim Dato Paduka Hj Bakar, the Minister of Industry and Primary Resources.
