Nhon Trach 1 Industrial Zone (NT1IZ) is strategically situated in the Nhon Trach new urban area, forming part of an extensive industrial city spanning 8,000 hectares. This dynamic zone encompasses various essential amenities, including an airport system, port station, industrial zone, residential area, and entertainment facilities. Boasting excellent connectivity through road, waterway, and air transportation, NT1IZ is strategically positioned, with Ho Chi Minh City just 60km away, Bien Hoa City at 40km, and Vung Tau City at 60km.
