Inauguration of estate
Jeddah Governor Prince Saud bin Abdullah bin Jalawi inaugurated Modon Oasis, followed by the signing of land contracts and MoUs totaling over SAR 2 billion.
The agreements included a deal between MODON and the National Industrial Development and Logistics Program (NIDLP) to establish integrated business centers in Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh through the Shop Floor initiative.
MODON also signed an MoU with the University of Jeddah to advance cooperation in engineering and technologies. Additionally, multiple land contracts were signed, including an 85,000 sqm plot for a 24-megawatt data center.
Modon Oasis spans 3.3 million sqm, with 86 industrial, investment, and logistics contracts aligned with national industrial strategy goals.
