The park’s inception dates back to the first phase development in January 1991, led by PT Dharmala RSEA Industrial Estate—an alliance between PT Intiland Sejahtera (Intiland Group, Indonesia) and RSEA Engineering Corp (Taiwan). Subsequently, the second phase development, initiated in August 2010 and spanning 265 hectares, was overseen by PT Intiland Sejahtera.
