Land lease procedure

Research and Agreement: Investors research the industrial zone and lease conditions, reaching an agreement through a Memorandum of Lease with IDICO.

Deposit and Agreement Finalization: A deposit of 5% of the total infrastructure fee is paid to reserve the land during the 3-month Memorandum of Lease period. Investors complete necessary procedures to obtain an investment certificate.

Investment Approval and Environmental Impact Assessment: Procedures include applying for investment approval, obtaining an investment registration certificate, and preparing/applying for approval of an environmental impact assessment report.

Enterprise Establishment and Land Lease Contract: After obtaining an investment registration certificate, investors establish the enterprise or project and sign a land lease contract with IDICO within 30 days.

Construction Permit: Upon signing the land lease contract, obtaining project approvals, and securing a construction permit, investors proceed with the construction of the project.

Operational Duration: Until June 29, 2055.
