Surabaya Industrial Estate Rungkut (SIER) has been managing and developing industrial areas in East Java, Indonesia since its establishment on February 28, 1974. As one of the largest and most renowned industrial areas in the country, SIER is strategically located within the thriving city of Surabaya. With a population of 3.5 million people, Surabaya is the second largest provincial capital in Indonesia, boasting significant economic growth.

Flexible Industrial Land and Rental Options

With a total land area of 563 hectares, SIER allocates 70% of its land for industrial purposes, providing businesses with ample flexibility. Land users are granted a Building Rights Title certificate for 30 years, with the possibility of extension. SIER also offers various rental options, including Standard Factory Buildings (SFB) and Industrial Warehouses.

Standard Factory Buildings (SFB)

SFBs are available for rent, ranging in size from 600 m2 to 1,800 m2. These buildings come equipped with electricity supply from 23 KVA to 41.5 KVA, fresh water supply, and two connected phone numbers. The standard contract period for SFBs is 2 years, with the option to extend. A deposit guarantee of 4 months’ rental is required, which will be fully returned at the end of the rental period.

Industrial Warehouses

SIER also offers Industrial Warehouses for rent to tenants within or outside the area. These warehouses are equipped with electricity supply ranging from 6.6 to 23 KVA, fresh water supply, and one telephone line. The rent cost must be paid in advance, and the standard contract period is 6 months, with the option to extend. A deposit equivalent to 1 month’s rental is required, which will be returned at the end of the rental period.
