The 26-hectare Airport Logistics Park of Singapore (ALPS) was Singapore‘s first logistics park with Free Trade Zone status when it officially opened in 2003. Airport Logistics Park of Singapore was a joint venture between the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, the airport operator, and JTC Corporation, the largest industrial land developer in the country. The cost of the facilities was initially S$35 million.
