“Considering the available experience and perspectives of utilizing the production and resource potential of the Tashkent region and setting up lasting economic relations with the enterprises of Fergana Valley, it was decided to establish a special industrial zone “Angren”. The enterprises–participants of the SIZ “Angren” are granted an extensive system of tax and customs privileges and preferences, as well as a guaranteed connection to the infrastructure facilities and communications.

Establishment of free zones is a new step in realization of the policy aimed at further optimization of the regional development, deployment of highly competitive export-oriented enterprises, and introduction of modern logistics systems and transport infrastructure. We will continue providing comprehensive support to insure further development in these directions.”
