Asia Industrial Estate (Suvarnabhumi)

Asia Industrial Estate Suvarnabhumi (AIES) is a large-scale industrial estate in Bang Bo District, Samut Prakan Province. It is about 20 km. east of Suvarnabhumi International Airport. AIES is developed in three phases, totaling 4,000 Rai (640 hectares) of land, of which 3,020 Rai (483 hectares) of land is salable. AIES is jointly managed by the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (I-EA-T). Supporting facilities nearby include Ladkrabang’s Inland Container Depot, Custom – Free Zone at Suvarnabhumi International Airport, Bangkok Port (Khlong Toei Seaport), and Laem Chabang Port, among others.

  • Drainage / flood protection: Bordering by earth dikes at level of 3.50 meters above mean sea level.
  • Internal road system: Reinforced Concrete Road, with dual carriage ways of 2×7.00 meters in width and shoulders of 2×1.50 meters in width (ASSHTO standard).
