Nizwa Industrial City plays a pivotal role in accelerating industrial development in Oman’s Al-Dakhliya, Al-Wusta and Al-Dhahira governorates. The estate is home to various sectors including ceramics, plastics and medical products. Global oil services are heavily represented in Nizwa due to being in close proximity to oil and gas field, especially Khazzan gas field.
Currently the estate contains around 150 projects, with most already operating and over 6,000 workers. Due to this success Nizwa Industrial City will be expanded further over the coming years. It is expected that 100 hectares will be added to supply.
