People’s Technology Complex (PTC), a 52.99 hectare industrial complex which was declared as special zone by former President Joseph Estrada on JUly 3,2000 under Proclamation No.336.This ecozone is a joint project of Technology Livelihood Resource Center (TLRC),Province of Cavite and the municipality of Carmona,and was developed to generate employment opportunities and upgrade the manpower and livelihood skills for residents of Carmona and of the Province of Cavite as a whole,and to accelerate the growth of labor intensive and export oriented small,medium scale industries as previously mentioned.
