Covering an expansive area of 3,482 Rai (1,393 acres or 557 hectares), WHA Chonburi Industrial Estate 1 (WHA CIE 1), previously known as Hemeraj, occupies a strategic location along Highway 331 and the new Highway 331 in Chonburi province, Thailand. It is conveniently situated only 19 kilometers from Leam Chabang Deep Seaport and 22 kilometers from Si Racha city, enhancing its logistical advantages.

WHA CIE 1 has attracted over 120 customers (173 contracts) who have collectively invested over US$2.7 billion in diverse sectors. Noteworthy infrastructure includes the Glow IPP, a 713 MW power plant developed in collaboration with Suez Energy subsidiary Glow Energy, supplying the EGAT electricity grid. The estate boasts an 800 MVA high-voltage electricity substation and comprehensive industrial facilities.
